How Kizuna Logic and every product operated by Kothari IT Services Private Limited collects, uses, keeps and protects personal data.

Last updated 10 September 2026 · Kizuna Logic is a product of Kothari IT Services Private Limited, CIN U85500PN2017PTC172200, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

In short
  • We collect what you type into a form, and what a business puts into its own workspace. Nothing else.
  • No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, no selling of data.
  • A business's data belongs to that business. We operate the system; they decide what goes in.
  • Hosted in India, served over HTTPS, backed up every day, isolated per business.

Who we are

Kizuna Logic is a product of Kothari IT Services Private Limited ("KIT", "we", "us"), a software company based in Pune, India, CIN U85500PN2017PTC172200. KIT designs, builds and operates business software — ERP, CRM, HR systems, websites and AI tools — both as its own products and for client organisations.

This policy covers four things: the data this website collects, the data inside the products KIT operates, the data we process on behalf of business clients, and the data that flows through third-party integrations. It applies to every product listed on this site:

  • Kizuna Logic
  • Annual Operating Plan
  • KizunaLogic HRM
  • URD Purchase Daily

  • Aurum CRM
  • Aurum Connect
  • BrickBuild CRM
  • CP Vertical

Questions about this policy go to info@kizunalogic.com or info@kothariit.com.

1. Data collected by this website

This website collects only what you enter into a form: your name, business, contact details and message, and — on a product's quote form — the answers you choose to give about your business. That goes into our own request inbox so a person can reply and the conversation can be managed. It is not sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

The site sets no advertising trackers and uses no third-party analytics cookies. The signed-in application sets one session cookie, which is strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to protect forms against forgery. Your theme and sidebar preferences are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

To have a form submission removed, write to info@kizunalogic.com or follow the data deletion page.

2. Data inside the products KIT operates

Depending on the product, the business software KIT operates may process:

  • Account and contact data — names, work email addresses, phone numbers, roles and login identifiers.
  • Employee and business data — attendance, leave, payroll, incentives and HR records.
  • Customer and CRM data — enquiries, contacts, follow-up history, sales pipeline.
  • Operational and financial records — quotations, invoices, orders, dispatch, receipts, budgets, plan-versus-actual figures, statutory registers.
  • Files and photographs uploaded for work — documents, scans, site photographs, receipts.
  • Location data — only where a specific feature uses it, and only while it is in use (for example a geo-fenced attendance punch).
  • Business communications — where a product connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform, message content and delivery metadata.
  • Authentication and session information — login timestamps, session tokens, device and browser details.
  • Audit and security data — a record of consequential actions, so that changes are traceable to a person.

No single product collects all of these. A product's own list is available on request; mobile apps carry their own store-level disclosure.

Kizuna Logic specifically: every business runs in its own isolated workspace; access within it is role-based and controlled by the business's own administrator; the system is served over HTTPS, hosted in India, and backed up automatically every day; uploaded files are stored in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region.

3. Data we process on behalf of business clients

Most data in a KIT-operated system belongs to a business client — its employee records, customer lists, operational and financial data. That organisation decides what is collected and why. KIT processes it only to provide and operate the system, under the written agreement with that client, and for no other purpose.

If your employer, or a business you deal with, uses a system KIT operates, your relationship is with that organisation. Direct questions or requests about your data to it first; we support our clients in meeting such requests. A request sent to us directly is handled as the data deletion page describes.

4. Third-party integrations

Some products connect to third-party platforms — the WhatsApp Business Platform, email delivery providers, cloud storage and hosting infrastructure. Data that passes through an integration is handled by that platform under its own privacy policy. We choose integrations deliberately, configure them for the purpose, and do not sell data to anyone.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected: the length of a conversation, an account or an engagement, plus any period the law requires. Some records must be kept even after a deletion request — for statutory, accounting, payroll, tax, audit or security reasons. The data deletion page lists what those are.

6. Security

Systems KIT operates run with access controls, authenticated sessions, audit logs, monitored services and backups whose restoration is tested. Nothing reaches production on its own: a person reviews and approves every release. No system can promise absolute security; what we promise is disciplined operation.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — subject to the retention obligations above and to the client-controlled situations in section 3. Write to info@kizunalogic.com; the data deletion page explains how requests are verified and handled.

8. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A material change to how a product handles data is communicated directly to the clients it affects.
