Collect what you are owed — from the register, on WhatsApp.
Ageing, outstanding and every customer's promise in one register, with WhatsApp chasing built in: approved templates, live two-way conversation, bulk follow-ups and system documents attached — without leaving the page.
Why businesses come to Debtors
Money that ages quietly
Overdue balances nobody chases until the quarter looks bad.
Chasing from personal phones
Follow-ups sent from a collector's own WhatsApp, with no record when they leave.
Downloading to attach
Statements and invoices downloaded, renamed and re-uploaded just to send them.
Debtors Recovery, in detail
Each capability below is a screen that exists today — not a roadmap.
Ageing & outstanding
Current, 30, 60, 90+ buckets per customer with the last payment and days overdue computed, never typed.
WhatsApp inside the register
A conversation dock on the same page: read replies, answer, and log the outcome. Meta-approved templates outside the 24-hour window, free text inside it.
Bulk follow-ups
Filter by bucket, select the customers, review every message with its exact figures, send up to 50 in one go — with every skip explained.
Attach without downloading
Send the invoice or statement the system already holds; preview it first, share it as a document.
Outcomes, not just messages
Promise-to-pay, disputed, partly paid — logged against the customer so the next call starts informed.
Collector-safe by design
Collectors see only their customers; figures come from the books, so a template can never say ₹ 0 by mistake.
Up and running in three steps
Connect your WhatsApp Business number
Meta Cloud API, verified number, approved templates — we set it up with you.
Chase from the register
Open a customer, see the thread beside the figures, send the right template or reply.
Watch the ageing fall
Outcomes and payments update the buckets; the bulk view shows who still needs a nudge.
Before you ask
Do collectors need the WhatsApp app?
No. Conversations run inside Kizuna through the official WhatsApp Business Platform; nothing is sent from a personal phone.
Can we send to customers who have not written to us?
Yes, with a Meta-approved template. Free-form text is allowed only inside the 24-hour customer-service window, which the system enforces.
What about our existing customer data?
Customers, invoices and outstanding come from the Finance module or an import; the register never asks you to retype a balance.
