Terms of Service — Kizuna Logic

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website and, where no separate written agreement applies, your use of software operated by Kothari IT Services Private Limited ("KIT"): Kizuna Logic and every product listed on this site.

A client engagement or a paid subscription follows its own written agreement — the order, plan and commercial terms you accepted — and that agreement takes precedence over this page wherever the two differ. Plan prices, what each plan includes and the trial period are stated on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

The content of this website is informational. It is not a contract and not professional advice. Figures and screens shown are from live products on demonstration data unless stated otherwise; client names appear only with that client's consent.

2. Accounts and authorised use

Access to a KIT-operated system is provisioned per person, for the organisation and the purpose it was granted for. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us at once if you suspect they have been compromised. Accounts may not be shared, and access may not be extended to people or purposes it was not granted for.

In Kizuna Logic, a business's own administrator creates and removes its users and sets what each may see. That administrator is responsible for who holds access in their workspace.

3. Client-provided data

Data that a client organisation or its users put into a KIT-operated system remains that client's data. KIT processes it only to provide and operate the system, as the Privacy Policy describes.

4. Third-party platforms and integrations

Where a product connects to a third-party platform — the WhatsApp Business Platform, an email provider, cloud storage — your use of that feature is also subject to the third party's own terms. KIT maintains the connection but does not control, and cannot guarantee, a third party's availability or behaviour.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website and the software KIT builds and operates are the intellectual property of KIT or its licensors, except where a written agreement says otherwise. Using a system gives you the right to operate it for your organisation; it does not give the right to copy, resell or reverse-engineer it. Photographs and clips on this site are licensed stock and credited in the repository.

6. Service availability

KIT operates its systems with monitoring, backups and human-gated releases, and works to keep them available. Specific availability commitments exist only where a written agreement states them; this website makes none.

7. Acceptable use

When you use this website or a KIT-operated system, you must not:

use it for anything unlawful, or to store or transmit unlawful content;
attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised for;
probe, disrupt or overload the service, or interfere with other users;
use a messaging integration to send spam, or communications the recipient has not consented to receive;
misrepresent who you are or who you act for.

8. Suspension and termination

KIT may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms, threatens the security of a system or its users' data, or must be suspended by law — acting proportionately in each case. A client may end an engagement or subscription as its agreement provides.

9. Data at termination

When an engagement, subscription or account ends, the handling of its data follows the written agreement that governed it. As a rule, a client's data is returned or exported in a usable form on request within the period the agreement sets, and then deleted from live systems — subject to the retention obligations listed on the data deletion page.

10. Liability

This website is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIT is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content or from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Liability under an engagement or subscription is as its written agreement states.
